So why is Executive adding this class to the curriculum? It is so important to start with a good education. The process we have seen used in the past doesn't promote people to continue their education, let alone start training. As you know we are all about the process of education that leads to better training and leads to performance. The first step is often overdone.

What does overdone mean? To us, it means most basic classes try and make you drink from a firehose. Way too much in too short of a time. This class aims to start the process through education in a much more compact "need to know" type of package.
