Basic Medical will cover the use and application of tourniquets, packing wounds, and general stopping the bleed. It will be taught by a certified EMT who is TECC certified. The goal is to keep it simple but give students the skills they need to render aid.

About the event
The goal of this 3-hour class is to give some basic medical training so that in the event of a trauma you can render aid if you choose to. We will be keeping it very simple to make sure students build confidence in their skills. No special gear is needed. A notepad would be recommended.
