Women's Self-defense

This class is for those ladies who are new to the concept of self-defense. We will be teaching some simple tactics for the average person that will be simple but effective. We will help folks decide if carrying a firearm is for them or not.

About the event
Students simply need to come in normal comfortable clothes. We will spend some time on Jiu-Jitsu mats however it will be very basic and won't have you rolling around on the ground.
Topics will include but are not limited to:
- Distance management
- How to identify threats as soon as possible to avoid them
- Different options for self-defense tools
- Communication skills that can save your life
- How to grow in self-defense
A notebook is encouraged for this class.
Three hour indoor class at our facility in Woodstock.
